Refund, Cancellation & Service Policy
This Refund, Cancellation & Service Policy (“Policy”) governs all reservations, transportation services, bookings, quotes, and transactions made with Bosphorus Limousine LLC (“Company,” “Bosphorus Limousine,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
By booking, reserving, purchasing, or using any service provided by Bosphorus Limousine LLC through our website, telephone, email, text message, online platforms, social media, or third-party booking providers, the customer (“Client,” “Passenger,” or “Customer”) acknowledges and agrees to all terms stated in this Policy.
- Reservation Confirmation & Payment
All reservations are subject to availability and are not guaranteed until confirmed by the Company.
Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking. Bosphorus Limousine LLC reserves the right to:
- request identity verification,
- request billing verification,
- place authorization holds on payment methods,
- reject or cancel suspicious or fraudulent transactions,
- refuse service at its sole discretion.
Rates, fees, taxes, tolls, airport fees, parking charges, wait-time charges, fuel surcharges, and special-event pricing are subject to change without prior notice.
Quotes are estimates only unless expressly confirmed in writing.
- Cancellation Policy
Standard Sedan & SUV Reservations
- Cancellations made more than 72 hours before scheduled pickup time may qualify for a full refund.
- Cancellations made between 24 and 72 hours before pickup may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the total reservation amount.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup are non-refundable.
Same-Day Reservations
All same-day bookings are final and non-refundable once confirmed.
Hourly Chauffeur Services
Hourly bookings, as-directed services, executive transportation, and multi-stop reservations may require advance deposits and may become non-refundable once a chauffeur and vehicle have been dispatched.
Special Events
Proms, weddings, concerts, sporting events, wine tours, holiday events, corporate events, and other high-demand reservations may require non-refundable deposits and may be subject to stricter cancellation terms disclosed at booking.
Multi-Day & Long-Distance Services
Extended-distance, interstate, or multi-day transportation services may require non-refundable advance payments, lodging expenses, and operational deposits.
- No-Show Policy
A reservation shall be considered a “No-Show” if:
- the passenger fails to appear at the designated pickup location,
- the passenger cannot be contacted using the information provided,
- the passenger refuses service upon vehicle arrival,
- incorrect pickup details were provided by the customer,
- the passenger delays pickup beyond the included waiting period.
No-shows are non-refundable and the full reservation amount may be charged.
- Airport Pickup & Flight Delays
Bosphorus Limousine may monitor commercial flight information as a courtesy only. However, the Company does not guarantee continuous or error-free flight tracking.
Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate:
- airline information,
- flight numbers,
- terminal details,
- arrival times,
- contact information.
Complimentary waiting time may vary depending on airport, service type, or vehicle category. Additional waiting time beyond the included grace period may result in additional charges.
The Company shall not be responsible for:
- airline delays,
- missed flights,
- TSA delays,
- customs delays,
- airport congestion,
- baggage delays,
- terminal changes,
- acts of airlines or airport authorities.
- Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be denied in circumstances including but not limited to:
- late cancellations,
- no-shows,
- passenger misconduct,
- violations of Company policies,
- property damage,
- smoking inside vehicles,
- excessive cleaning requirements,
- unsafe passenger behavior,
- fraud or payment disputes,
- completed or partially completed services.
Operational expenses, dispatch costs, administrative fees, and reserved vehicle time may be non-refundable.
- Waiting Time & Additional Charges
Additional charges may apply for:
- extended waiting time,
- additional stops,
- route deviations,
- parking fees,
- airport fees,
- tolls,
- child seat requests,
- holiday operations,
- late-night services,
- excessive luggage,
- cleaning or sanitation requirements.
Wait-time billing may begin immediately after the complimentary waiting period expires.
- Passenger Conduct & Vehicle Damage
Passengers must behave respectfully and safely at all times.
The following are strictly prohibited:
- smoking or vaping,
- illegal drug use,
- violent or threatening conduct,
- possession of unlawful substances or weapons,
- damaging vehicle interiors or equipment.
Bosphorus Limousine reserves the right to immediately terminate service without refund if passenger conduct threatens safety, violates law, or damages Company property.
Customers are financially responsible for all damages, repairs, cleaning expenses, lost revenue, and related operational losses resulting from passenger actions.
- Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Customers agree to contact Bosphorus Limousine LLC directly before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute.
The Company reserves the right to present evidence including but not limited to:
- GPS records,
- dispatch logs,
- chauffeur reports,
- timestamps,
- phone records,
- email communications,
- text messages,
- surveillance footage,
- dash camera recordings,
- signed confirmations,
- reservation records.
Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in:
- collection activity,
- legal action,
- recovery of attorney’s fees,
- recovery of administrative costs,
- permanent refusal of future service.
- Limitation of Liability
Bosphorus Limousine LLC shall not be liable for delays, service interruptions, or damages caused by:
- traffic conditions,
- road closures,
- accidents,
- severe weather,
- natural disasters,
- airport disruptions,
- mechanical failures beyond reasonable control,
- governmental actions,
- law enforcement activity,
- public events,
- force majeure circumstances.
The Company shall not be responsible for:
- missed flights,
- missed meetings,
- missed cruises,
- missed events,
- lost business opportunities,
- emotional distress,
- indirect or consequential damages.
To the maximum extent permitted under California law, the Company’s total liability shall not exceed the amount actually paid for the reservation in dispute.
- Lost & Found
Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings.
Bosphorus Limousine LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or abandoned items.
Recovered items may be held for a limited period at the Company’s discretion. Shipping and handling expenses for returned property shall be paid by the customer.
- Third-Party Reservations
Reservations booked through travel agencies, hotels, brokers, affiliates, online marketplaces, or third-party applications may be subject to additional terms and restrictions imposed by those providers.
- Arbitration Agreement & Waiver of Class Actions
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or relating to services provided by Bosphorus Limousine LLC shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in the State of California.
Customers agree:
- to waive the right to a jury trial,
- to waive participation in class actions,
- to resolve disputes individually,
- to first attempt informal resolution by contacting the Company directly.
Arbitration shall be governed by the laws of the State of California and administered under applicable arbitration rules in effect at the time the claim is filed.
- Governing Law
This Policy shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any legal proceedings not subject to arbitration shall be brought exclusively in California.
- Policy Updates
Bosphorus Limousine LLC reserves the right to modify, revise, or update this Policy at any time without prior notice.
The most current version published on the Company website shall control.
